Around the farm - The Vegetable Garden

Now that the ground has started warming up Peter and I have made time to plant a few vegetables in the veg garden.  The potatoes were chitted in Feb/March and went in first followed by carrots and parsnips.  In the greenhouse Peter has bought a few tomato plants and a few of his favourite - runner beans! - these he will plant out later in May.  Here are a couple of photos of the plot today, I'll update you over the summer to show you how things are progressing.
